Richard Aldersea, CEO
Richard Aldersea, having previously served as an advisor to CSI before accepting his new role as its CEO, has been the CEO of two successful Human Capital consulting firms. He led his last firm from $3m to $16m in only four years, before managing its sale to a Fortune 500 company. Aldersea is now an advisor to the boards of many clients across North America, turning them into multi-million dollar operations focused on growth, profitability and achieving sustainable competitive advantage.
Barry Levitt, Ph.D., CFO
Dr. Barry Levitt is responsible for the economic health and long-term financial planning for CSI. He has a Ph.D. in electrical engineering from MIT and spent the majority of his career at NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory as a bona fide rocket scientist where he contributed to the design of telecommunications links for unmanned satellite missions. Dr. Levitt is one of the original members of the technical team supporting the Search for Extra-Terrestrial Intelligence (SETI). He is co-author of, Spread Spectrum Communications, a ground-breaking book in his field and has published and presented over 40 technical papers based on his research.
Cile Johnson, MA, SVP, Enterprise Solutions
Cile Johnson is responsible for the sales executives, providing strategic direction for the global client solutions, and ensuring the organization’s continued growth and success, as well as global expansion. Prior to joining CSI, Cile was at Mind Gym, an organization helping companies all over the world to transform performance by changing the way people think, feel and behave. She also spent 14 years at the Center for Creative Leadership in various leadership roles. She has a background in organizational development and a successful track record of building collaborative relationships with clients, coworkers, and other stakeholders.
Nanci Hendrickson, VP Finance & Operations
Nanci Hendrickson has been with CSI for the past 22 years. She is in charge of all aspects of the day-to-day financial operations. She also manages the fulfillment function in Scranton, PA and the support team. Prior to joining CSI, Nanci managed operations for several smaller consulting firms, including customer service, IT support, and accounts payable and receivable. She has a practical, no-nonsense approach to management, an extremely capable can-do attitude to every challenge confronting her, and she believes strongly in the power of CSI’s solutions to positively transform individuals and organizations.
Lynn M. Cowart, MBA, VP Quality Delivery
Lynn Cowart is responsible for the quality delivery and implementation of CSI’s learning solutions which includes facilitation, coaching and consulting. She provides expertise in the areas of executive coaching, retention, organizational, management and career development and will play a strategic role in the development and certification of CSI’s global team of facilitators and trainers. Prior to this role, Lynn was a CSI Senior Consultant and Facilitator delivering our solutions to Fortune 1000 companies. In that role she saw first-hand the impact our solutions have on employees and organizations’ bottom lines.
Ann Jordan, VP Product Development
Ann Jordan is responsible for product development efforts at CSI. Since joining CSI 13 years ago, she has worn many hats and supported multiple aspects of the company’s growth strategy. She has been instrumental in the development and launch of numerous CSI offerings. She has also worked hand-in-hand with our clients and sales team in large-scale strategic implementations and regional marketing efforts. She continues to be responsible for identifying and implementing strategic and global initiatives designed to leverage existing business and build new opportunities.
