CSI partnered with the organization to develop and deliver a strategic approach at talent management. Love ‘Em or Lose ‘Em® workshops were mandatory for all managers. The organization made changes inside to support an overall retention focus, including conducting a Retention Share-a-Thon with their leadership.
The organization reported that their efforts contributed to a 22% decrease in turnover which was valued at a $6.6 million annual savings. In addition, they were able to measure a savings in intellectual capital of $5.1 million.
